Um I haven’t posted in awhile but I’ve been working.  Since last post:

Made 6 offers on different properties, looking at one in particular in N portland, 3b/2b house for $229,000 trying to get them down to $215,000 ish.

Shifting temp focus on local buisness in corvallis, different than web 2.0 project, putting on hold for 1-2 months.  I’m programming, doing technical, will do the billing service, and friend will do promotion.  We might do a potential merge with another student site here in Corvallis, and then my friend is seting up marketing plans and going to probably become president of the company for most operations.

Working with my friend Bryan Baker, starting a corporation BW Online, inc is the current name which we will be gathering lines of credit and investing into assets, more on that later.

Setup a prosper account to start investing money, peer to peer lending, threw $100 into account.

Working on redoing RebuildingRotaryEngine site, finish mailing list, start email marketing campaign.

Trying to, but not doing so well yet, in getting a writer for the RotaryEngineIllustrated site to share residuals with.

And then I have a test tommorow which score, will not look pretty.
