Almost went to OSU... but headed somewhere else instead after the scholarship money ;-) Anyhow, I bought my first apartment building (4 unit) a few years back when I was 21 in college and in the last year I have really got into building online businesses and income. Just got into the PPC affiliate game last month and am seeing great returns... just need to ramp things up to where it adds up a bit more. Fun stuff. My main focus is to use real estate to build massive long term wealth, which is shaping up pretty damn good so far. The online business is pretty new, but it's exciting as hell and is growing pretty good too. Anyhow, keep up the good work and I'd love to chat w/ you about biz, REI, and life sometime.
